    Your podcast is so good. I look forward to it as much as the show.
    So you inspired me to rewatch the pilot. My take aways are that John wasn’t satisfied with any of his kids. I was shocked to hear his frustration and disappointment with Lee. I also listened closely to John’s reference to Jaime’s mother’s hands and I just feel like he’s talking about his late wife. If he’d a relationship with Jaime’s bio mother I don’t think he’d be alluding to it with his son who doesn’t know.
    I love the character build up between John and Felix. It harkens back to the relationship that was illuminated in season 4 opener. I wish that character that was established would shine more.
