Suddenly, Aster remembers that she was born and partially raised on Beacon 23.
Alright. Let’s just accept that so we can move on with the story. After all, many more important things happen in “End Transmission” than Aster’s conveniently timed epiphany. Kier returns to the beacon, but this time he has Column hard-liners Saldana and Finch in tow to add brawn to his now religious-minded brain. While those two add a certain urgency to the events of the episode, Kier’s only desire is to prod Aster’s memories and eventual communion with the Artifact. No big deal.
Also, Bart tries to reconcile his own memories and the realization that Solomon, who had been the only human he’d completely respected, had erased them.
Paul, Inez, and Gabby spend their longest podcast so far this season discussing the plot as well as Bart’s big decision. Listen for these points as well as predictions as to what may come in the season finale.
