Decorating the Set: Make Your Own Halloween Movie (Submission Info & Rules)!

Halloween 2020 promises to be like no Halloween ever before! So it’s time for you to make your own movie and show us your spooky space!

Beth wants to see how you’ve put her Fall Season advice to use in a Halloween-themed micro-movie. Beth and Caroline will view all the movie submissions and the ladies will announce their favorites on the November 5th episode of Decorating the Set!

To participate, submit your information and link to your movie using the form below, by 11:59pm (ET) on October 31, 2020.

Your submission should:

• Take place in rooms, locations, or sets decorated following Beth’s advice.
• Have a Halloween or Spooky story to tell.
• Be no longer than 5 minutes long.
• Be your own original work. Copied or plagiarized work will be disqualified.
• Be submitted via the form below, by 11:59pm (ET) on October 31, 2020.

By submitting your movie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You allow Pod Clubhouse Productions, LLC and Decorating the Set to use your name and movie submission in our promotional materials and all of our social media channels.
• The submission period begins at 12 am (ET) on October 1, 2020, and ends at 11:59pm (ET) on October 31, 2020 (the “Submission Period”).
• By submitting your movie to us, You agree to be bound by these rules and to release and hold harmless, Beth Kushnick, Caroline Daley, Decorating the Set, and Pod Clubhouse Productions, LLC, and each of its agents, employees, owners, officers, directors, and representatives, from any injury, loss, damages, claim and/or liability, arising from or in connection with any movie submission and these Rules.
• Submissions will not contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal or promotes activities which are), or in any other way offensive, threatening or harassing.
• Submissions will not include any copyrighted material or intellectual property not belonging to You (e.g., music, film, books, television, etc.) or otherwise violate or infringe another’s rights, including but not limited to material that violates privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
• You may enter more than once, as long as all entries comply with these Rules.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Pod Clubhouse Productions, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any submission for any violation of these Rules or for any other reason in its sole discretion.
